Our physical education program is designed to provide our students with a physically and emotionally safe learning environment where the students will learn, practice, and compete in a variety of games and activities. The students will be taught individual skills that will set them up for immediate success in games, but also fitness routines that will prepare them to maintain a healthy lifestyle. We want to empower our students with proper technique and abilities to not only participate in but excel in any
field of fitness they undertake.
Students will take part in individual and class activities. They will be taught specific skills such as throwing, catching, and kicking as well as locomotor movement patterns. The students will be able to show off their skills in individual games, team relay races, and field days!
